Balloons and Face Painting
Balloon twisters are a great addition for the kids but remember that balloons are a hazard to children who are teething. Also, some small children have an aversion towards face painting. The face painters are accustomed to this and very good about encouraging children and easing their fears. So when a child is unsure or afraid, it's best to leave it in the hands of the professionals and not force anything. Ultimately, the child will enjoy the activity in their own time and will have positive memories when they are not forced to do it.
Santa is always a hit with the kids. As the holidays approach it is a good idea to book Santa in advance as he gets booked up before the beginning of December! We have the best Santa’s available so booking well in advance is highly recommended. It's also a good idea to book elves or Mrs. Claus to provide additional entertainment and to keep the kids occupied and organized while waiting to see Santa. Springtime events are a great opportunity for an Easter Bunny appearance too.
Corporate events are diverse and may be planned to meet a variety of goals. These events are a great opportunity to incorporate team building activities that are coordinated by a team building professional. These coordinators will work with you to understand your goals and desired outcome for the event. They can incorporate your theme into the activities and provide organized and fun interactions that serve a purpose. Our team building pros are the best at assessing your needs and crafting the best game plan to meet your goals.
Not all children’s entertainers are appropriate for all ages. For ages one to five; a clown, balloon twister, face painter, story teller, or puppet show is best. For ages five and above, a professional magician is a good call. Children younger than age five have a hard time sitting for 30 minutes or more so keep this in mind when booking your talent.
If you are planning a corporate or family picnic you may want to hire a professional games coordinator or team building professional who can coordinate the days activities to get everyone involved. Hiring a strolling magician to meet and greet the guests helps get everyone excited about the event. The most popular entertainment for picnics are the caricature artists. They provide a token treasure that everyone gets to take home with them and remember this fun and special event for years to come. Face painters, glitter tattoos, henna tattoos, and magic shows are also big hits at corporate picnics and other events as well.
Guests tend to show up later than the start time. When booking entertainers, have your talent come at least a half an hour or later than the start time of the event. This way you’re not paying for entertainment before your guests have arrived. Entertainers are hired on an hourly basis and are not always able to stay longer than the time they are book for so you want to maximize the time you have.
